The technique is closely associated with the
scientific development at all the human knowledge fields specially the
educational field at all specializations of different educational levels.
Libraries and information is one of specializations that is obviously affected
with the technique and the technological innovations due to services and
educational activities it offers and which are useful for all practical and
scientific specializations inside the educational institutions.
One of the
most important functions of libraries
and information centers is to collect the information vessels form their
different sources and prepare them technically to facilitate their benefit
quickly and with less effort. So, it was necessary to organize these
information in away that facilitates reaching it if there is a need. Designing,
producing and developing the Bibliographic lists is one of these most important
functions and services (Ali Abd Almonem, 1995, 8- 15).
'Bibliography'
curriculum that fourth year students of
Libraries, Information and Educational Technology at faculty of
Education, Al- Azhar university studies as one of their preparing programmes is considered one
of the practical curriculum that aims to give students the practical procedures
related to the Bibliographic data sheets production skills to enable students
to practice skills well before joining the work field.
The
researcher has observed that ' Bibliographic'
curriculum handles- from its practical
and theoretical sides- the Electronic Bibliographic data sheets production from
its true concept as it weakens students and leads them to be unable to produce
the Electronic Bibliographic data sheets.
So, this leads
to think of developing the skills of the Electronic Bibliographic data sheets
production skills. This is considered as a step of developing 'Bibliography'
curriculum. This results from the fact that one of Libraries, Information and Educational Technology
specialists basic tasks is to prepare, produce and make all educational systems
available to all educational institutions to benefit all the educational
process.
So, there
is a need to search for learning techniques that enable students to continue
their studies without travelling difficulties and that achieve some kind of
similarity between these skills and the used techniques of learning. Hence,
thinking of using one of the modern
Flipped Learning Environment that can be practically achieved through the
Flipped Learning Environment.
The concept
of the flipped learning is based on exposing students to the educational
content outside the classroom either through an educational video that is
prepared by the teacher or through readings related to the lesson subject, then
using the classroom time for understanding and representing these knowledge
through practical performing, problem solving, discussion or dialogue.
It is worth
to show that learning is no longer considered with the
amount of knowledge that person knows. It is considered with what the person can achieve according to his
knowledge.
From this
point, the Flipped Learning gives students a chance to practice the educational
activities and apply what they have studied whereas activities that the Flipped Learning is based upon is very significant,
its role can't be ignored and also can be handled and presented in different
styles.
In this
research, two styles of the educational activities practicing at the Flipped
Learning Environment; the individual activity practicing against the
cooperative one will be handled.
Thus, the
search idea comes to the searcher that aims to identify the Effectiveness of
the Difference of two styles of doing activity at the Flipped Learning Environment on developing the Electronic Bibliographic
data sheets production skills with Libraries, Information and Educational
Technology Students.
